Natural beauty products help health
One woman has spoken about her love affair with natural beauty products and said that she will never go back to using chemical-based cosmetics, a newspaper has reported.
Zita Tulyahikayo told the Daily Mail that all the ingredients that are need to keep skin looking gorgeous can be found around the home and are completely natural.
She said: "After six months of pursuing my all-natural quest, my fibroids had shrunk so much that they no longer posed a threat to my fertility. My skin and body felt healthier than ever and I've decided that I'm never going back to anything unnatural."
The expert added that her face and body is now radiant because of using natural products, which she said are cheaper than chemical-based alternatives.
Consuming the correct foods is as important as using the right natural beauty products, according to the Daily Mail, which said that nutrients can create a glowing skin.
