- UK next day delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Post for orders received before 2pm on Monday - Friday (Slight delays may occur when Royal Mail are exceptionally busy / A small number of very heavy parcels may be sent with DHL)
- All orders are insured at no extra cost to you.
- Our website is McAfee Secure and scanned daily for your security.
- We keep you up to date with your order progress: Immediately after placing an order you will receive an invoice by email. When your parcel is dispatched we will send you another email notification.
- You can contact us by email, telephone & skype. Our telephones are manned Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
- We have an unbeatable returns policy. If you order anything which arrives damaged or is unsuitable for your skin type just contact us within 14 days of your order to arrange a return and refund.
