Bee pollen

As a general health supplement take anything up to 1 tablespoon a day. For treating hay fever, start with two or three grains per day and gradually begin upping the dose. Bee pollen is rich in B vitamins which are often found to be lacking in allergy sufferers. Start with a low dose of pollen to lessen the likelihood of an allergic reaction. Contraindications: If you have allergies it is very important to start with a low dose to test for adverse reactions. If you do have an adverse reaction to bee pollen, either reduce your dose or discontinue use entirely.
