"Really pleased with this, bought it to ease bloating after meals, 1st day i tried it i didnt get so bloated after lunch, felt a bit more energized taken it twice now i mix it into juice, it smells gross but thankfully you can not taste it mixed into a drink, i guess the more time i take it the better the results. Wont go into detail but definatly has an effect on libido!! Bit alarmed at the warning on the packet though about can cause breast tenderness in women!

"I have heard alot of good things about this product but have not been taking it long enough to give you my review. I would say though that it would be nice to be able to purchase it in various sizes rather than the one size.
