We do not charge postage and handling when your order value exceeds £50. Orders under £50 will be charged £2.95 postage and handling. Parcels weighing less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent by DHL. All orders are insured and dispatched within 24 hours.
Europe & Russia
We do not charge postage and handling when your order value exceeds 100 euros. Orders under 100 euros will be charged 4.95 euros postage and handling. Parcels are dispatched within 24 hours by 1st class airmail. All orders are insured and delivery to most countries takes 3 working days.

Rest of World
Deliveries to countries not listed above are based on the weight of your parcel. We charge US$2.95 for the first 100g, then $US1.00 for each subsequent 100g. Parcels are dispatched within 24 hours by 1st class airmail. All orders are insured and delivery to most countries takes 3-5 working days.
Currency
The currency you are charged will depend on your delivery address. Delivery addresses in the UK will always be charged in British pounds (£). Countries listed in our Europe & Russia category above will always be charged in euros. Countries not listed above will be charged in US dollars ($).
VAT (Sales Tax)
VAT at 17.5% will be deducted from your order when your delivery address is outside the European Union. To access prices without VAT you must log into your mypure account and make sure your delivery address is outside the EU. All countries listed above with (EU) after the name are considered part of the European Union for tax purposes.
