Shopping at mypure.co.uk
You can find products in our store by browsing through our departments, or by searching for a particular item, store wide or by department. Once you've found the product you are looking for, click on the 'add to cart' button to purchase your item.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, by clicking on 'view cart'. There you can change the quantity of each item you order, or delete an item from your cart, by changing the quantity to zero.
Once you've finished shopping, click on 'checkout' to proceed to the checkout and enter your payment and delivery details. If you haven't already, you'll be asked to log in to your account. If you don't yet have an account with us, you'll need to set one up. You'll only need to do this on your first shopping experience at mypure.co.uk.

Delivery
We do not charge for postage and handling when you spend more than 40. Orders less than 40 will be charged 2.95 postage and handling. For more information, see our Delivery & Postage section.
Returns
Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, we will refund the original product price via the original method of payment. Alternatively if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.
Your Account
When you sign up for an account with mypure.co.uk, we record your personal preferences and your delivery details. Please note that we do not keep a record of your payment details. You can view and update your details at any time. You can also see the detail of all previous orders at mypure.co.uk, and reprint invoices if you need to.
