Apply a small amount to lips as needed. "I have used a lot of different natural lip balms all of which have been good but this one has to be the best. It not only protects, it feels moisturising, it stays on for quite sometime and it heals. I have suffered from very dry peeling lips this winter and it was this lip balm that actually healed them completely within a week of using it. Worth all 5 stars!!
