For natural skincare: Follow the three 'S' plan
A smooth glowing complexion is a must to make an impact at this year's Yuletide festivities.
An expert has told ladies that the best way to achieve natural beauty is to follow the three 'S' plan.
"Slough away dead skin with a gentle exfoliate, slather on the moisturiser morning and night and smooth away unwanted hair," said Louise Thomas-Minns, skincare expert and Nair technician.
To make party preparation go a lot more smoothly, Ms Thomas-Minns said that laying the groundwork beforehand will make getting ready more about pampering than pressure.
Her top tip was to invest in a natural fake tan and apply it before the party season kicks off so that you'll only need to top it up on the day.
Alternatively, Danielle Lineker suggested in the Daily Mail that partygoers may want to copy the growing trend amongst celebrities of ditching the fake tan and going for the pale and interesting look a la Nicola Roberts and Kristen Stewart.
