A good diet is vital for natural skin care
People trying to improve their natural skin care should make sure that they have a good diet and stick to a well thought-out beauty regime, according to one expert.
Kirsty Jewson, Saks beauty guru, said that people with acne-prone skin need to make sure that they eat the right kind of foods, especially if they want to feel confident enough about their skin to wear less makeup.
"You are what you eat so as well as a good skincare routine you should look at what foods you are eating. Foods rich in essential fatty acids (EFAs) like oily fish, flax seeds et cetera, and anti oxidants (berries/spinach/greens/goji berries)," she stated.
Trying out new natural skin care products was also recommended by the expert, who said that doing so could help to calm some skin problems.
Amy Boyd, professional makeup artist and graduate of School of Make-Up, recently said that the gothic look is now en vogue and women need to make sure they use beauty tools as well as their fingers to apply their dark cosmetics.
