Changing diet 'can boost natural beauty'
For those worried about their figure, the best way to conquer body weight and achieve natural beauty is through lifestyle changes such as improving the diet, an expert has claimed.
Clark Isaacs, writing for News Blaze, has emphasised the importance of improving both diet and hygiene habits in order to achieve a healthier body.
He cites a book by Mike Shane, which sets out a plan for weight loss by improving eating habits and the combination of healthy, natural food ingested.
Mr Isaacs said: "[He] advocates less salt, good dental hygiene, exercise and a review of your dietary habits so that you eliminate those harmful processed foods in exchange for heart-healthy veggies and fruits."
Among the key foods that are highlighted as the best way of achieving natural beauty are broccoli, cabbage, carrots and apples.
Earlier this year, the Calgary Herald reported that natural foods play a key part in beauty, as chemical-based products and poor eating habits can wreak havoc with people's complexions.
