Julia Roberts reveals natural beauty saviour
Movie star Julia Roberts has revealed how she turns to a woman described as the "Mary Poppins for the new millennium" when it comes to natural beauty advice, one magazine reports.
Natural skin care guru Sophie Uliano is the woman behind Roberts' beauty, according to Good Housekeeping.
The skin care expert has made a name for herself in Los Angeles since moving there from England, where she learnt how to live green when she was growing up.
Ms Uliano told the magazine about the organic foods that the Roberts family had been eating, saying: "We did all different lettuces and beans and carrots. And sunflowers for the children, which they planted themselves."
The magazine added that you do not need your own green guru to gain natural beauty, just some awareness when buying food and skin care products.
Mixing and matching chemical-based skin care products can cause damage to your skin in the long term, according to Dr Bang Hyeong-don, the head dermatologist at Uniseoul Clinic.
