Natural foods can help beauty over Christmas period
Fans of natural bodywash who will be hitting the tiles this Christmas party season should consume organic products to help them retain their good looks throughout and avoid appearing jaded, according to one expert.
Kirsty Jewson, Saks beauty guru, said that drinking enough water is an easy way to make sure skin remains hydrated and glowing.
She said: "In the weeks before Christmas parties you should use milk thistle - available at most health food stores - to help build up the liver's defence, [although] sensible drinking is still strongly recommended."
The expert added that using a good concealer to dab under the eyes will help to keep peepers looking bright and breezy, and hide any telltale sides of a night out.
Sputnik Communications recently released research which showed that the Christmas party market will be worth £1 billion this year, even though many companies are considering cancelling their shindig during the yuletide season.
