Natural foods 'can make you sexy' Eating your five fruit and vegetables everyday can make you more attractive to the opposite sex, according to scientists who studied what people find sexy.

The Daily Mail reported that researchers from St Andrews University found that Caucasian men both prefer partners who have healthy, rosy-looking skin which is developed by eating lots of fruit and vegetables.

Dr Ian Stephen, who conducted the study, said: "In the west we often think that sun tanning is the best way to improve the colour of your skin, but our research suggests that living a healthy lifestyle with a good diet might actually be better."

The expert added previous research has suggested that the shape of the face is the most important feature of a countenance, which may interest fans of natural styles and treatments.

Avoiding eating too much unnatural junk food could help protect people's mental health, according to researchers from University College London who found that unhealthy eaters are more likely to become depressed.
