Natural skin care: Nutritious food is 'crucial'
Fans of natural skin care need to make sure they are consuming the correct food, according to one newspaper which said that a good complexion is not just down to favourable genes.
The Daily Mail stated that good skin is very important for a person's state of mind as well as being beneficial to their outward appearance.
It stated: "Beautiful skin is created by a body that is functioning properly that [means] eliminating waste efficiently, digesting food and transporting nutrients around the body."
The newspaper added that whether fans of natural skin care suffer from acne or just want a nicer countenance there are dietary and lifestyle approaches which can help to get the desired healthy complexion.
Celebrity makeup artist Rose-Marie Swift recently told Examiner.com that she had bad experiences using unnatural makeup and now uses natural skin care products exclusively in order to avoid the side effects of using too many chemical-based cosmetics.
