Superfruits could help preserve natural beauty
Fans of natural skin care could benefit from eating 'superfruits', according to one expert, who said more people are becoming interested in the produce.
Superfruits expert, Linda Miles L. Ac., D.O.M., told InsideCosmeceuticals.com that the popularity of the produce is down to more information being available about them.
"Because of the research and the media's frequent mention regarding their antioxidant-rich anti-ageing properties, consumers are becoming more familiar with superfruits' benefits," she stated.
The website added that pomegranates and other superfruits help to prevent fine lines because they contain anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing ingredients.
Fans of natural skin care products may be interested in the comments and Ms Miles also said that superfruits are part of the "recipe for beauty".
People investing in organic skin care need to make sure that they keep an eye on the use-by dates of the products, as they may go off faster than those pumped full of preservatives, according to Daily Mail beauty expert Elsa McAlonan.
