Demi Moore is a fan of natural beauty
Actress Demi Moore has insisted that she is a natural beauty and has not had any cosmetic surgery.
The star denied rumours that she has gone under the knife, saying they are false and she does not like the idea of it.
She told France's Marie Claire magazine: "I don't like the idea of having an operation to hold up the aging process - it's a way to combat your neurosis. The scalpel won't make you happy."
However, the star said that while she is a fan of natural beauty now, she would not completely rule out surgery when she is older if she is not happy with her appearance.
The 47 year old said that she would rather be a beautiful woman who looks her age than someone who is desperately trying to look 30.
Moore is not the only celebrity to recently say she is a fan of natural beauty, as Serena Williams has recently told People magazine that she prefers to embrace her look than constantly trying to diet.
