Dynasty star 'highlights value of natural skin care products'
An actress has emphasised the importance of using natural skin care products in order to keep the face looking young, a source reveals.
Stephanie Beacham, a sixtysomething best known for her role in 80s saga Dynasty, tells the Mirror that she began to look at the different ways people could use these items to improve their appearance.
"I also wasn't very satisfied with the skincare ranges available for mature skin. I decided that I had to find out the natural things my skin needed to keep it looking young," she says.
She states that no matter how much makeup a person wears, it is their skin which is the key determiner about how they look, which highlights the need for natural skin care products.
Ms Beacham also advises the news provider that people should start taking good care of themselves earlier in life, as in their 20s people rarely act responsibly.
Stacy Malkan, author of Not Just A Pretty Face: The Ugly Side of the Beauty Industry, recently told the Calgary Herald that face products designed to help the skin can actually harm it.
