Natural body care is an important part of happiness
Looking after yourself and investing in natural body care is a vital part in the battle to stay happy, according to one Oscar-winning actress, who told a magazine her top tips for good times in 2010.
Rachel Weisz, who rose to prominence after her role in The Mummy trilogy, told Cosmopolitan that part of the secret to being happy comes with taking care of your body.
"I feel sexier after having a baby. It makes you feel a lot more confident and appreciative of your body and what it's capable of doing. I've got a lot more respect for it," she told the magazine.
The star added that she keeps her fashion and makeup as low maintenance as possible, which could interest fans of natural skin care.
Fans of natural body care who want to make sure they are taking the best possible care of their unborn child should make sure they use natural skin care products, according to Beauty journalist Megan Robinson, who told the Thread website about the benefits.
