Natural-looking fake tans are en vogue
One of the major natural beauty trends emerging in the autumn and winter season is fake tans which look realistic rather than leaving people appearing orange and unnatural, according to one expert.
Laura McCreddie, assistant editor of Professional Beauty magazine, said that people's busy lifestyles mean they do not have the time for traditional fake tanning salons and are looking to products to provide a quick fix.
She said: "Another big trend I have noticed is thinking differently about your fake tan. [It is] less about looking orange and more about looking good."
The expert added that people wanting to get a fake tan are now either getting treatments or applying products on the day before a big event rather than days or weeks before.
In other news, the-dish.co.uk recently stated that women will be likely to sport a more natural look if they have a tan and healthier looking skin.
