Natural skin care: 'Healthy skin says healthy body'
Paying special attention to your complexion can imply that you are healthy inside as well as outside, according to one expert who said it can form a lasting impression.
Skin care expert Rose Cole said that there is a certain level of prestige which goes with having an unblemished countenance and added that this is why so many celebrities work hard to make their face look flawless.
She stated: "Your face is the first thing people notice about you. They study your smile, your eyes, your skin - and your skin is a direct reflection of what is going on inside your body. Healthy skin says healthy body and healthy lifestyle."
The expert added that her modelling career almost ended after she turned up to a shoot with a psoriasis break-out all over her body.
Tyra Banks recently revealed that she is going to appear on her TV show with hair that is completely untouched as she supports natural beauty.
