Serena Williams prefers natural beauty to dieting
World tennis number two Serena Williams has said she does not like the focus on her body in the media.
The player, who is one half of the unstoppable Williams sisters, said that "everyone is obsessed with weight" following recent media reports on her size.
However, the star has shrugged off the attention, claiming she prefers natural beauty and said: "Some days, I'll be bigger. Other days, I'll be smaller. It's not a big deal."
Serena reinforced her love of natural beauty when she said that she does not diet and hates the word.
"Diets mean that you rob yourself of stuff that you like, and eventually you're going to cave in and eat things that aren't on your diet," she added.
The player, who is the latest woman to hold all four grand slam titles at one time in one year, said she would rather eat what she likes and limit the stuff which is bad for her.
Serena is not the only celebrity to be linked to natural beauty in recent months, as actress Jennifer Garner was voted top in a related poll by Parade magazine.
The star beat Winslet and Reese Witherspoon to the number one spot of the most natural beauty.
