Thai beauty reveals her natural regime
Organic skin care fans should stick to natural products, according to one expert who said that she maintains her looks by avoiding chemical-based cosmetics.
Thailand TV actress and compere Chen Mei-feng told the Straits Times that her natural beauty regime revolves around being aware of exactly what she is putting onto her body.
She told the newspaper: "I'm actually not that conscientious when it comes to taking care of my body. I only wash my face with warm water. The best moisturiser is the body's own natural oils."
The TV star added that she uses coarse salt or mung bean powder to wash her body and as little cleaning agent as possible.
Mei-feng retains her good looks on a minimal amount of sleep, according to the newspaper which said despite this her face has no signs of fatigue.
Celebrity makeup artist Lina Hanson, who has worked with Mandy Moore and Zac Effron, told treehugger.com that the beneficial effects of natural skin care products will be seen soon after they are used.
