Women need a winter natural skin care regime
Fans of organic skin care need to ensure they are changing their beauty regimes to fit in with the seasons, according to one modelling agency which revealed its top tips for retaining good looks this winter.
Models Direct stated that the harsher weather, drying effect of central heating and lack of sunshine can make skin lose its healthy appearance and look worn out.
To combat the effects, the agency recommended a series of natural beauty regime changes, including eating healthily, exercising regularly and drinking lots of water.
It stated: "Always use a day cream with a minimum SPF of 15 and wear sunglasses if the sky is clear. Reduce stress by making time for yourself. This will really make a difference to your appearance."
The Daily Mail recently gave skin care advice which included trying to keep office makeup looking as dewy and fresh as possible because it is an ideal daytime look.
