Men are interested in natural beauty too
Men are just as interested as women when it comes to natural beauty products and personal grooming but do not admit it, according to one expert.
Leyla Tabaksert, beauty editor at Zest magazine, said: "Men are definitely as beauty conscious as women - it's just that they like to keep quiet about it."
She added that bragging about what moisturiser, hair gel or body lotion you use is not seen as acceptable for males.
The male skin care market is growing and the editor said that she is seeing more brands catering for men as the market grows.
In other natural skin care news, six out of ten women reported no change in their beauty buying habits during the recession in a recent survey by the consumer research company Mintel.
UK women were the most defiant with half saying that they would not make changes to their beauty regime at all.
