Moisturising can help male natural beauty
Male fans of natural skin care who want to keep their complexion in top condition while growing a beard need to make sure they are moisturising enough, according to one expert.
Roy Patterson, a barber at Alfred Dunhill, told the Times that hydrating skin around facial hair is vitally important for men who want to keep their skin looking tip top.
He told the newspaper: "You can use moisturiser on bearded faces, though it will not penetrate as deeply. After cleansing, massage down the jaw line to follow beard growth, making circular movements to stimulate blood flow."
Other tips which are included in the article about male skin care and beauty include dyeing eyebrows in order to give your face a lift.
Leyla Tabaksert, beauty editor at Zest magazine, recently said that men are just as interested as women when it comes to natural beauty products and personal grooming but do not admit it.
