Autumn Winter 2010 natural haircare rules: Less is more
Natural hair care fans looking to mix things up for the autumn/winter season have been told to opt for a style that screams 'less is more', according to one beauty news source.
Elle exclaimed that, when it comes to natural hair care, there are very few trends to choose from, "but boy, do they pack a punch".
If you like volume, look to the tactile texture style, which basically consists of a fishtail braid plaited to one side and then the top part of the hair is backcombed and blow-dried into a wavy 'do on top.
However, if volume isn't your thing, then the sleek choppy cut is for you, complete with a Katy Perry-style fringe and mid-length locks – look to Lanvin and Armani for inspiration.
This 70s-inspired 'do is guaranteed to never go out of fashion, plus, when it comes round to spring/summer, add loose curls for that beach look and you're back on trend.
