Elle awards could inspire natural hair care
Fans of natural hair care could take inspiration from a simple hairdo that has been made popular at a recent awards ceremony for one of the most well-known style magazines.
Stars such as Claire Danes, Ashley Olsen, Alexa Chung, Laura Bailey and Olivia Palermo all donned the simple undone updos, which they wore at the ELLE Style Awards.
"At the other end of the beauty spectrum, Olivia, as ever, had that glossy finish you can only achieve if you're a born-and-bred New Yorker (oh, and ideally a socialite too). Chic red manicure, check; glossy hair, check; dermatologist-perfected skin, check," it stated.
Other stars, like Kristen Stewart, went for smoky eyes at the awards, which celebrated the most innovative style icons.
Celebrity makeup guru, Jake Bailey, told Chic Gloss that using natural mascara can help to give the eyes maximum impact without taking away elegance or sophistication.
