Festival natural hair care 'needs to be simple'
Along with summer comes the music festivals – long weekends sitting in fields, drinking cider and taking in the surroundings in a laidback fashion (hopefully with no mud).
But natural hair care can become bothersome when staying in a tent with no guaranteed access to running water, so the important thing is to remember to keep it "simple", according to Mark Hill.
The stylist said that achieving glamorous locks isn't difficult, as long as you don't try and over complicate things.
Prior to leaving, shampoo, condition and style as normal, with relaxed waves being ideal for lasting through the weekend.
"Soft waves look great as, over the festival weekend, they just get softer and look amazing," he explained.
Dry shampoo is also a must, as it "revives your style, giving you a bit more va va voom".
The next big date on the festival calendar is the Isle of Wight festival from June 10th to 12th 2011.
