Grungy hair is in this season
Fans of natural hair care who want to stay up on the latest styles should consider the grunge look, according to one expert, who said the style is hot at the moment.
Hair expert Mandy Durkin said that women with any length of hair can achieve the look but warned them to avoid blunt edges if they want to look the part.
"This look works on hair of any length but you'll achieve the best results on slightly grown out, softer styles with no blunt edges," she stated.
Ms Durkin added that the grunge style does not mean women need to have unclean hair, but it just needs to appear unkempt for them to attain the look.
Vogue recently reported that the grunge trend is making a big comeback in New York, with labels and designers like Rag & Bone, Peter Som and Alexander Wang all sending tougher-looking girls down the catwalk.
