Natural food products can boost hair health
Natural hair care products can help to revive tired locks and give them a glistening appearance.
This is according to Becomegorgeous.com, which described how certain foods can boost healthy tresses.
It was suggested that olive oil and almond oil are particularly good at helping eliminate dandruff.
The news source claimed that applying the two products to dry hair and leaving for between 50 minutes and one hour can "restore the flawless condition of your locks".
Meanwhile, beetroot juice was described as a "miraculous ingredient" that helps to get rid of dry skin and make lips "kissable".
Individuals were encouraged to apply a small amount of the liquid to their pout each day and leave it to be absorbed into the skin.
It was suggested this will help soften lips and remove any dark spots from around the mouth.
Elsewhere, the news source recently recommended applying honey and warm water to freshly washed hair in order to increase shine.
