Natural hair care crush: Jessica Alba's updo

From the recent Emmy Awards to the 67th Annual Venice Film Awards, there has been a huge amount of gorgeous dresses to swoon over and natural hair care styles to covet recently, and Jessica Alba's look at the latter event was among those to garner praise.
The star of The Fantastic Four and Sin City wowed in a strapless cutaway dress and her hair style was a gorgeous but surprisingly simple updo, which is something that ladies at home can try with relative ease.
Beauty critics at the Hollywood Life blog who got the lowdown on the look, explained that it starts with a ponytail tied at the crown and hand rolled into a spiral knot, with a few strands pulled out at the front and near the ears – as simple as that!
"The result is a very uptown-chic-with-a-twist look that's not only fashion-forward, but it's soft and easy," the writer asserted.
Meanwhile, Natalie Portman also wowed at the event, with praise lavished on her for her red floor-sweeping dress and wavy natural hair care style tied into a side knot.
