Natural hair care: 'Embrace what God gave you'
A celebrity hair stylist who has worked with the likes of Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Blake Lively has said that making the most of your natural beauty when it comes to hair care is essential.
Oribe told Allure magazine that being natural is best when he shared his top tips on how to style and manage a host of different haircuts.
He told the news provider: "I think hair looks best when you embrace what you've got and work with your natural texture."
The stylist added that women with short hair should take care to avoid looking masculine, while those with straight, longer locks are advised to get them layered, which helps add texture and volume.
Beauty writer Rebecca Park-Stinson recently told Examiner.com that women who want to go back to their natural hair colour need to either be very patient and wait for it to grow out or use a semi-permanent formula in their natural hue when dying locks.
