Natural hair care fans told how to work a blunt fringe
Natural hair care fans everywhere will have noticed that blunt fringes are creeping back into styling – if you're wondering how to carry the look, Saks has given some tips on the perfect face framer.
Alison Dace, creative director at the Saks art team, said that blunt fringes, as showcased by Sandra Bullock, Rose Byrne and Leona Lewis, are perfect for the coming season.
"It will define the face shape and is synonymous with the 40s, which is a big trend for spring/summer," she explained.
Ms Dace added: "Fringes always work really well on long and oval face shapes, so the blunt fringe of the moment would look fab on these."
If you're not a fan of the full-fringe look, the 1970s are also big news, with the classic Farah Fawcett flick and Purdy cut making waves.
Earlier this week, Vogue reported that the simple ponytail is due to reign supreme for autumn/winter 2011, following New York Fashion Week.
