Natural hair care fans want styles with 'personality'
Natural hair care fans are looking for "specific cuts with a bit of personality" this spring, an expert has said.
Zeena Moolla, acting editor of Your Hair magazine, said that women are generally getting a little bored with the "WAG-y, hair extensioned look" and are instead braving bolder cuts and styling.
She explained that crops continue to be major news, as fashion-conscious women take tips from popstars like The Saturdays' Frankie Sandford and Rihanna.
Ms Moolla commented: "Key hair trends for spring/summer includes long-fringed crops … [a look] which shows no signs of going out of style yet."
For those of you seeking some natural hair dye inspiration, the expert said that red will dominate 2011, along with striking purples and dip-dyed locks.
Celebrity stylist Mark Hill recently gave his take on the hair trends for spring/summer 2011, including soft, sexy waves and plaits, braids and waves.
