Natural hair care: Halle Berry sports a bob for Vogue
Natural hair care fans could increasingly turn to the bob, following the release of the September issue of Vogue, where Halle Berry sports the look on the front cover.
The Daily Mail reported that the Oscar-winning actor has adopted the elfin look for the magazine's cover, which will see the Monsters Ball star modelling a number of velvet gowns.
It highlights the sleekness of her hair and its 1920s-inspired appearance, which could lead to a rise in the number of people trying to recreate her look with natural hair care and make up.
The release of the magazine's September issue is often seen as one of the fashion events of the year and it will be the first time that an African American woman will be on the cover.
"What that means for a woman of colour and what that means in the fashion world, what that means to pop culture, there was no way I could say 'No, I’m not going to be on the biggest issue of the year'," Berry explained.
Natural hair care fans may also have noticed that Emma Watson, from the Harry Potter films, has recently adopted the bob herself.
