Natural hair care is best, says expert

Natural hair care is best, says expert Women who do not make the most of their locks could detract from their natural beauty, according to one expert, who said women should be particularly careful when they make dramatic changes to their fringes.

Charlie Kuchinsky told Examiner.com that making extreme departures from natural style can be a beauty disaster when she gave the website a list of fashion blunders.

She said: "If you have delicate features, a heavy bang [fringe] will detract from your natural beauty. Instead, try something a bit more wispy."

The writer added that using black lipstick, crimping hair and opting for extreme haircuts were also things to avoid for the natural hair care fan.

Plucking eyebrows extensively was also criticised by the expert, who said drawing them on is not a good look.

Petros Mairoudhiou, who is a stylist at the Trevor Sorbie salon in Covent Garden, recently said that using a good conditioner is a vital part of any natural hair care regime.
