Natural hair care is 'on the rise'

Natural hair care is 'on the rise' Hair care products which use natural ingredients are rising in popularity and are en vogue, according to one expert.

Rachael DeRosa, the beauty correspondent for auburnpub.com, said that more women are looking for paraben free hair care products and organic alternatives to conventional shampoos and dyes.

She said: "Natural colour and hair care products help to ensure damage-free results while maintaining the hair's natural ph, moisture and protein balance."

Ms DeRosa added that she found organic products deliver the same professional results as traditional hair colouring products and also encourage growth and restore hair's health and shine, without possible health concerns.

Those include gases which can be inhaled, skin irritations and harmful chemical reactions, according to the health correspondent.

Ms De Rosa also said natural hair care products also include lecithin, antioxidants, vitamin E, vitamin C, nettles, rosemary, flower essence and grapefruit seed extract that actually feed the hair.

In other hair care news, the Independent recently reported that natural food like salmon, dark green vegetables and nuts are crucial if you want beautiful hair.
