Natural hair care news: The bigger the hair, the better
Natural hair care fans should break out their curlers and stock up on hairspray, because height and volume will dominate this season's look.
According to the Telegraph, the autumn/winter catwalk shows have been full of '60's inspired up-do's. Michael Kors' models wore windswept crowns and fluffy ponys, Dior opted for candyfloss curls and a string of other fashion giants created oversized styles with skilful backcombing.
The vintage chic of US drama Mad Men reportedly inspired stylist Guido Palau at Prada's show, where they complemented the fashion with immaculate beehives.
The newspaper suggests that anyone looking to achieve a retro style should invest in a backcombing brush, mesh cushions, root-lifting product and maximum strength hairspray.
Another key natural hair care style to see you through to winter is the sleek ponytail. Last week Stylist advised that women looking to stand out from the crowd should create a voluminous pony with bounce.
