Natural hair care: Plaits and curls are perfect for the office party
Plaits and curls are ideal natural hair care solutions for your upcoming office Christmas bash, an expert has said.
Alison Dace, hair specialist at Saks, said that plaits are big this festive season – both figuratively and literally.
Ms Dace suggested: "Bulk [plaits] out with lots of false hair – make sure you get a good match to your own hair. Wear hair down or just tied back in a ponytail during the day, then pop into the staff toilets and pop in some plaits."
She added that curls are another popular option, which can be achieved by wrapping hair in a figure-of-eight around straighteners, before running them the length of each section.
According to a November press release from the Clothes Show Live, over half of ladies are so concerned with their Christmas style that they admit to spending more money on themselves than other people in the season of goodwill.
