Natural hair care: Rachel Stevens adopts 'natural' style
Singer and star of the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing show Rachel Stevens has changed her hair style to embrace a more natural look, according to one newspaper.
The Daily Mail speculated that the star's new locks are inspired by Sex in The City actress Sarah Jessica Parker, who also styles her tresses in long curls.
It stated: "Rachel appeared to have tonged her brunette locks into the once popular 80s permed hairstyle, completing the look with heavy eye makeup and pale lips."
The newspaper added that the new style is a "radical departure" from Steven's usually straight hair which she has become associated with.
Stevens chose the GQ Awards to unveil the hairdo and also recently told reporters she plans to start a family with her beau Alex Bourne.
She recently told the Sun about her bad experiences of using fake tan when competing on Strictly Come Dancing, where she had to use huge amounts of the product before taking to the stage.
