Natural hair care routine 'should not be difficult'
Keeping your hair in tip-top condition does require a good natural hair care routine but shouldn't be stressful, according to celebrity hairdresser Nicky Clarke.
Women are often led to think that maintaining their tresses is a demanding job, but new products and technologies mean that ladies can have locks that look good and feel great with a minimum of effort, Mr Clarke explained.
"Everybody should be able to find a routine they feel comfortable with," the stylist suggested.
However, good natural hair care products are a must, so an intensive natural conditioner is a must, Mr Clarke advised.
He added that it's not always necessary to shampoo your hair every time you shower, as this could dry your locks out.
Recent research by Nicky Clarke salons has revealed that the average woman will spend a whopping £26,500 over their lifetime trying to keep their tresses in check.
