Natural hair care: Sleeker styles replace boho locks
Gone are the boho waves, in are the sharp cuts and sleek styling.
Natural hair care fans have been told that "it's time to sharpen up your hairstyle", with Grazia pointing to the recent award ceremonies and fashion weeks as evidence that relaxed styling has slipped down the agenda.
Writer Annabel Jones explained: "Long hair has made the shift from flower-power to power-player, with [Rihanna], Jennifer Hudson, Ciara and Kelly Osbourne all working this season's sleeker hair looks at the Grammys. I'm also feeling January Jones's scissor-sharp side sweep at the Unknown premiere."
Ms Jones said that the 70s bob is a major style for the upcoming season, as seen on Jennifer Aniston at the Spanish premiere of her latest movie, Just Go With It.
So it's time to pull the straighteners back out and banish the curling tongs, for a few months at least.
Earlier this week, Jonathan Long from Lockonego boutique salon and spa said that retro 'dos will continue to prove popular with natural hair care fans, as a way to "re-affirm your sex appeal and femininity".
