Natural hair care: Tips to keep your hair shiny and healthy
Kate Middleton doesn't just have an enviable fiance - she's also got beautifully glossy locks, which you can recreate by following some natural hair care tips.
Danielle Lineker told Daily Mirror readers that if you can't afford a top London stylist a la the future Queen, you can follow some natural hair care practices that will keep your mop supple and sleek.
Swapping your plastic hair brush for a natural bristle option can help to take the pressure of styling off your locks and will help to redistribute your hair's oils, which boost shine, Ms Lineker said.
Also, look for natural shampoo which is free of sodium lauryl sulphates (SLSs), which strip your hair of colour and natural protectors, she added.
Finally, Ms Lineker advised: "Don't wash your hair too much. You only need to wash it a few times a week, but if you really have to wash it every day, try applying conditioner before you wash."
Last week, international celebrity hair stylist Jawed Habib told IndiaInfoline.com that natural conditioner was one of the best ways to keep your hair healthy in winter.
