Natural hair care trend: Layering returns for summer
It's that time of year when people are giving themselves a transitional season overhaul, so natural hair care fans are likely to be scouring the celebrity pages for mane inspiration.
Look magazine has directed people's attention to what it says will be the big thing for cuts in the coming months – layering.
The fashion expert said: "This workable and wearable trend is perfect for any hair length and is also super-flattering. Seen on Cameron Diaz and Liv Tyler recently, hot layers will give your hair serious body and make flat, limp hair look thicker."
To get the look, ask for some face-framing lengths added to the front of your style and take the weight out of a cut by adding layers for movement at the back of your mane, making it ready for beach waves.
Alternatively, Grazia has suggested that sleek and shiny is the way forward, meaning that a good natural shampoo and natural conditioner is a must for anyone reaching for the straightening irons this summer.
