Natural hair is vital for big events
Keeping hair natural and not making drastic changes to it is key if people want to look their best at a special event and retain their natural beauty, according to one website.
Examiner.com gave its advice on how to prepare for a big day and said that any dramatic changes to a hairstyle could be detrimental to a look.
It stated: "While it is great to schedule an appointment with your hairdresser to touch up your hair, do not make any drastic changes to your hair colour or cut right before an event."
Giving your skin time to recover after treatments such as waxing is also recommended by the website, while keeping skin hydrated is marked out as being important.
Natural skin care products have recently been recommended for people with sensitive complexions by beauty journalist Julia Scirrotto, writing for Marie Claire.
