Natural shampoo is 'worth tracking down'
Finding natural and fragrance-free shampoos and hair products can be a nightmare, but according to one expert it is still worth the effort to track them down.
Mike Adams, the news editor for NaturalNews.com, said lots of products are loaded with sodium lauryl sulfate and parabens and they are not the kind of things he would choose to put on his head.
This attitude has led him to only use natural shampoos and he listed certain criteria for a useable hair care product.
Mr Adams claimed a truly organic shampoo should be paraben free, sulfate free and certainly not be tested on animals.
He said: "For years, I've tried to find a truly natural shampoo that I could feel good about using and recommending to family, friends and NaturalNews readers. It's been a virtually impossible task."
The news follows claims by a hair care expert who said that natural ingredients are rising in popularity and are en vogue.
