Organic shampoo described as kinder to hair
Organic shampoo is kinder on hair than regular brands that contain chemicals, it has been claimed.
Marketing director at makeover company All Your Life Yvette Cowles explained how traditional products contain a lot of processed ingredients that individuals often overlook.
"It is best to use something that is pure and natural where you don't risk having an allergic reaction to something," she stated.
Ms Cowles commented that people tend to be "influenced by advertising" and assume if a shampoo has a brand name it must be a good product.
However, it was suggested that most consumers are unaware of what all the chemicals in beauty items really are and so they put themselves at risk of potential side effects.
Editor of the 5pm Health and Beauty Blog Merle Brown recently noted ladies are increasingly forgoing hair washing and instead using dry shampoo in order to achieve voluminous styles that require locks to be dirty.
