Styling tools important for a perfect blow-dry, expert says
Ladies have been advised how to achieve a perfect blow-dry after using shampoo and conditioner to clean their locks.
Celebrity stylist Charles Baker Strahan explained how having the right products is a key factor in achieving soft tresses.
"It's important to see shampoo and conditioner as an essential styling tool as it sets the foundation of your hair for styling," he stated.
In order to achieve glossy waves, Mr Strahan advised women to section their hair at the temple and work down the nape of the neck in an angular section.
Clipping hair out of the way as you go can help allow room to focus on small areas at a time.
Mr Strahan also suggested utilising the blow dryer's detachable nozzle to channel air precisely and using a boar bristle brush instead of a synthetic version.
Kate Middleton's signature style of loose waves is reported to have proven particularly popular among women in recent months.
