Tips for choosing red natural hair dye
Are you thinking of reaching for the natural hair dye bottle?
If so, you're not alone, and the colour of the moment appears to be red.
Mandy Moore, Drew Barrymore and Blake Lively have all recently embraced their fiery side, by opting for copper and auburn tones for their summer locks.
But if you're considering an image overhaul, celebrity stylist Mark Hill suggested that speaking to an expert may help you choose the perfect shade.
"There are so many different tones of red, ranging from deep burgundy to bright pillar box," he explained. "A colourist in your local salon ... will be able to advise you on the right shade to suit your hair and your skin tone."
He added: "To keep reds looking vibrant, you need to use dedicated products to boost the colour and avoid your hair fading to a lighter shade of pink."
