Trend alert: Blow dry for beautiful natural hair
Natural hair care fans should take note of the latest trend – the perfect blow dry.
Elle UK reported that the blow dry is big news this season, with fashionistas making glistening, preened tresses as big a "must have" as the much-coveted camel coat.
Celebrity faces that have taken their style by the barrel brush include the ever-groomed Olivia Palermo, and even boho-grunge icon Drew Barrymore.
While your hairdresser will be able to deliver a perfectly coiffed mane for the big events of the festive season, those of you who want to recreate the look at home need to invest in your tools.
Firstly, make sure you've got the correct brush by buying an air-vented, large barrel variety. Next you'll need a powerful hairdryer, and finally, a good natural serum to smooth any wayward frizz.
Last week, Alison Dace from Saks said that choosing the right natural shampoo and conditioner is key to keeping your locks in tip-top winter condition.
